Return & Refund Policy

At OZIA, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in original packaging

• You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

To request a return, please email info@oziashop.ca with your order number.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
