Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • United States: 7–14 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier operations.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated during promotions or free shipping offers.


Multiple Shipments

Some orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Lost or Missing Packages
