Q1: Why does the vacuum bag melt or seal poorly?

A: After each sealing cycle, please allow the heating wire to cool down for at least 40 seconds before using the machine again. This cooling interval ensures optimal sealing performance and prevents overheating, which can cause poor seals or bag damage.

Q2: Why does the machine only seal but not vacuum?

A: This usually occurs due to incorrect bag placement.

• Ensure the textured (threaded) side of the vacuum bag is facing upward to allow air to be extracted properly.

• If the smooth side faces upward, the machine will only seal and will not vacuum.

Important Usage Notes

• Before use, make sure the insulating cloth fully wraps the heat conduction tube to ensure safe and effective sealing.

• This product has been upgraded from an older version to a new design. Receiving the previous version in rare cases is normal and does not affect functionality.
